7-Day Return Window
We have a 7 day return policy. The product must be in the same condition as received, with all original accessories and packaging.
Eligible Products
Games, consoles, and accessories are eligible for return if found to be defective, not as described, or damaged during shipping. Opened game codes and digital products are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days.
Exchanges
All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed within 7 business days.
