■ Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched on the same day.
• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed and dispatched on the next business day.
• We will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our facility.

• Free Shipping: We offer absolutely free delivery on all orders nationwide with a total cart value of ₹999 or more.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹999 will attract a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
• Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed and added to the total amount during check out.

We take pride in ensuring your product reaches you in pristine condition. All orders are packed securely using premium multilayer bubble wraps, protective sleeves, and sturdy outer boxes to prevent any damage or impact during transit. Game discs are shipped inside their native protective cases.

■ Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking link along with the Air Waybill (AWB) number via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. You can use this link to check the live tracking status of your parcel directly on the shipping provider's portal (e.g. Shiprocket, Blue Dart).
