These terms govern all purchases, sales, and trade-in transactions facilitated through the platform. Swami Tech Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
02. User Accounts & Verification
To purchase, sell, or track orders, users may register an account or check out as a guest. All guest transactions require WhatsApp-linked phone verification to prevent fraud and ensure secure delivery coordination. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
03. Purchase & Pricing Terms
All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all taxes. Swami Tech Hub strives to maintain accurate pricing and availability; however, we reserve the right to cancel orders arising from typographical pricing errors or inventory stock mismatches. We offer free express shipping on all prepaid orders above a specified threshold.
04. Selling & Trade-In Policy
When selling your pre-owned games, consoles, or accessories to Swami Tech Hub:
- You warrant that you are the sole and rightful owner of the items.
- Items are subject to a standard inspection process at our Sirsa facility (typically 24 hours for games and 48-72 hours for consoles or other hardware).
- If an item fails functionality testing, contains heavy scratches, or has tampered warranty seals, we reserve the right to reject the item or offer a revised value. Rejected items can be returned to you at your expense.
- Original game boxes and cover art are expected; missing or heavily damaged packaging will incur nominal deductions to cover replacement costs.
05. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, as well as all online transactions, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Sirsa, Haryana, India.
