Extended Warranty Policy

Swami Tech Hub Protection Plan Terms

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing the Extended Warranty protection plan, you agree to be bound by the clauses outlined below. This policy ensures your gaming console is shielded from unexpected failures and functional malfunctions.

The Extended Warranty is an independent optional protection plan and is not automatically included with any product or service unless explicitly chosen and added to the cart at the time of purchase.

The warranty coverage is strictly applicable to the primary console unit only. Auxiliary hardware, accessories, or equipment included with the console (including but not limited to gaming controllers, power wires, display cables, external drives, additional plastic attachments, and consumables) are excluded from this plan.

Coverage applies to all instances of internal hardware component failures and functional malfunctions, except in cases of accidental damage, liquid exposure, customer negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

All valid warranty claims will first be resolved through professional repair services. If the hardware is deemed irreparable, a replacement with identical specifications will be provided. In cases where a rare, special edition, or limited-stock console is no longer available, a standard edition console of equivalent specifications will be offered as a replacement.

The plan includes free logistics: both pickup and return drop-off services for warranty claims are covered completely free of charge across India.

Claim processing times vary based on the specific hardware repair requirements. An initial diagnostic assessment is completed within 24 hours of the hardware arriving at our service headquarters, after which a committed resolution timeline will be shared.

For pre-owned hardware, the coverage period of the Extended Warranty starts immediately after the standard 30-day seller warranty lapses.

For brand-new hardware, the coverage period starts immediately after the manufacturer's warranty period expires.

If a replacement is processed for a new console under this policy, it will be replaced with a certified pre-owned console of identical specifications. Swami Tech Hub reserves the right to select the replacement unit.

The Extended Warranty can only be purchased and added to the order either at the time of purchasing the console, or within 30 days from the original invoice date.

The warranty stands null and void immediately if the console's security seal is tampered with, broken, or removed by any unauthorized party.

The warranty stands null and void immediately if any unofficial software, jailbreak, modifications, or piracy-related operations are executed on the console.
